This Privacy Policy explains how [Company legal name] ("Cellotel") collects and uses personal information through cellotel.com and the Cellotel Service.
1. Information we collect
- Website and demo requests: name, company, email, phone number and the details you submit.
- Account data: business and billing details, KYC documents, user logins.
- Service data: call detail records, call recordings, lead lists and dispositions that our clients upload or generate. We process this data on behalf of our clients, who control it.
- Technical data: IP addresses and server logs used for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, respond to demo requests, bill, provide support, meet carrier and legal obligations (including traceback requests), and enforce our AUP. We do not sell personal information.
3. Sharing
With service providers we rely on (hosting, telecom carriers, payment and email providers), with authorities where legally required, and in a business transfer.
4. Retention
Recordings and call data are kept for the retention period agreed with the client or as the client configures, then deleted. Account and billing records are kept as required by law.
5. Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), firewalls and backups to protect data. No system is perfectly secure.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@cellotel.com. If your data is in a client's lead list, please contact that client; we'll assist them.
7. Changes
We will post updates on this page with a new "last updated" date.
